Property Sales: Property owners must contact our Customer Service Department prior to their property settlement. All sewer billings must be in the name of the property owner. Residential Sewer accounts are billed quarterly. Industrial and large commercial properties are billed monthly.
Sewer use charges are based on 90% of water used each quarter. Water use measured in 100 cubic feet (ccf), as determined by the North Penn Water Authority through quarterly readings of your water meter. The Authority furnishes the usage information to the Borough to calculate your sewer charges.
