Animal Ordinance

In the Borough of Lansdale it is unlawful to allow your animal to run at large on public or private property, disturb the peace of neighbors by barking and / or howling, or to defecate or urinate upon the public property of the Borough of Lansdale, the highways in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or on the private property of another.

After a warning for the first offense, violations of that ordinance may be punishable by a fine and / or prison term. The term "animal" includes, but is not limited to, household pets such as dogs and cats.
