An energetic forty-five minute class designed to burn calories, increase endurance, build strength, and tone your body - all of this without taxing your joints!
This class is for men and women of all fitness levels. You do not need to be a swimmer to take this class. You will see great results while having fun in the water. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
Classes scheduled between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:30 am, Monday through Thursday at both the White's Road and Fourth Street Swimming Pools. Class time will vary depending upon participation.
This is a drop-in pay per class program. Classes run Monday through Friday, 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm at Fourth Street Pool. Start date Monday, June 24!
