Aquatic Fitness

Aquatic FitnessAn energetic forty-five minute class designed to burn calories, increase endurance, build strength, and tone your body - all of this without taxing your joints!

This class is for men and women of all fitness levels.  You do not need to be a swimmer to take this class.  You will see great results while having fun in the water. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.

WEEKDAY MORNING CLASSES
Classes scheduled between the hours of 8:20 am and 11:30 am at both the White's Road and Fourth Street Swimming Pools. Class time will vary depending upon participation.

  • Session 1- June 20 - July 1
  • Session 2 - July 11 - July 22
  • Session 3 - August 1 - August 12
FEE:
  • Member: $40/session
  • Non-Member Resident: $45/session
  • Non-Member Non-Res: $60/session
WEEKDAY EVENING CLASSES
This is a drop-in pay per class program.  Classes run Monday through Friday from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm at Fourth Street Pool. Start date MONDAY, JUNE 13!.

FEE:
  • Member: $4.00/class
  • Non-Member Resident: $4.50/class
  • Non-Member Non-Res: $6.00/class
