This course will offer a Traditional Martial Arts Curriculum that has been established for over 45 years. We are now opening the program to teens and adults. Now, parents and their children can train together and participate in an activity together that will ensure lasting memories and solidify family bonds. The program is designed to foster childhood development (focus / attention span / discipline / courtesy) while offering teens and adults a fantastic workout and a more profound activity than simply running on a treadmill or lifting weights. All students will learn self defense and gain a sense of well being and personal achievement.
