Achievements
The Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, presented by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of the United States and Canada, is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting. Earning this award represents a significant accomplishment by the Borough and its management. This Certificate of Achievement was designed to recognize and encourage excellence in financial reporting by state and local governments in the submission of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
