Lansdale 2040: The Borough's Comprehensive Plan

In 2016, Lansdale Borough formed a task force to write a new comprehensive plan, "Lansdale 2040: the Borough's Comprehensive Plan." This updates and replaces the 2006 Comprehensive Plan.

This revised plan is the culmination of a multi-year planning process that was led by a task force comprised of members representing Lansdale Borough elected and appointed officials, the Montgomery County Conservation District, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, SEPTA, Manna on Main Street, Natural Lands Trust, a landscape architect, a North Penn School District student and residents generally.

Extensive public input was gathered during the comprehensive planning process, including outreach at Founder’s Day, the International Spring Festival, an open house at North Penn Commons and an internet and printed survey.
