Man of the utility poles are VERY old and crumbling. Some were recently replaced - not all which are in worse condition were touched. Some were marked for replacement over 5 years ago and never had...

Man of the utility poles are VERY old and crumbling. Some were recently replaced - not all which are in worse condition were touched. Some were marked for replacement over 5 years ago and never had be replaced. Time to fix these before they fall from high winds/weather related issues.
